Frank Granberry, Recruitment Director for Sales Force

Frank Arthur Granberry III grew up in Two Egg, a small rural town in the heart of the Florida Panhandle.  After graduating from Grand Ridge High School with honors, he went on to complete his BSIE (Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering) at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) Spring Class of 2003.

Having had quite a colorful work history before his engineering career began, he has dabbled in multiple roles including but not limited to; loss prevention & retail associate, personal stylist, sandwich artist, parts associate, customer service, auditor, and credit counselor.

He secured his first engineering role with Zomax (3rd Party Logistics Vendor) as a Quality Manager for electronic finished goods and relocated to Memphis Tennessee.

Proving himself to be a valuable asset to his primary client, Logitech hired him as a Quality Systems Engineer to support the Americas regional operations.  A couple years later the company decided to move him to the Administrative Headquarters in Newark, California.

In his infinite pursuit of happiness and a strong desire to combine his emotional intelligence with his technical prowess, after much deliberation, he made a career change focusing on technical talent acquisitions, specifically software engineering in the cloud computing space.

Working at Salesforce, headquartered in San Francisco California (ranked #1 best place to work), he has found his “sweet spot”.  During his near 5 year tenure with the company, it has tripled in size and he has ascended from Contract Technology Recruiter to his most recent and current role as Director, Technology Recruiting (a total of 4 promotions).  He manages a team of 14 direct reports and supports more than half of the Tech & Products Organization for the world’s #1 CRM solution in the cloud computing space.

“Our unwavering commitment to trust, transparency, equality, inclusion, philanthropy, and social justice are just a handful of motivators that have propelled me to live my very best life”
